Information you provide
If you use the feedback form, we collect the app you select, your email address, and the message you submit. We use this information to respond to you, investigate reports, and improve our apps and services.
Where feedback is processed
Feedback is sent through our server action to a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker stores the submission in Cloudflare D1 and sends an email notification to Nebula Technologies. We do not sell your information or use feedback form data for advertising.
Table Tennis Gear page and shopping links
Our Table Tennis Gear page lists table tennis equipment from online stores, currently MegaSpin and Amazon. Links to these stores are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate links are marked "Paid link" and open the store's own website, where the store's privacy policy applies. Purchases are made on the store's website, not on ours, and we do not receive your name or purchase details from the stores.
To show this page, your browser loads the product list from our server (gear.nebulatechapps.com, hosted on Cloudflare) and product pictures from MegaSpin's servers (cdn.megaspin.net). As with any web request, those servers can see technical information such as your IP address and device type. We do not send them your name or any account information.
Browser preferences and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. For each page view it records the page address, where the visitor came from, the approximate location (country, state or city), and the type of device, operating system and browser. Vercel states that this data is anonymous, is not tied to an individual or an IP address, and does not follow visitors across other websites, and that visitor sessions are discarded after 24 hours. We use it only to understand which pages are used. Your theme choice may be stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. Local storage is not sent to us as part of the feedback form.
Retention and your choices
We retain feedback for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, and improve our products. You can choose not to submit feedback, and you may request access to or deletion of a feedback submission by contacting contact@nebulatechapps.com.
