What's the difference between Simple, Plan, and Budget mode?
Simple is a plain checklist. Plan lets you assign a category and shelf/aisle to each item and estimate how long it will last, so it moves straight into your inventory once you check it off. Budget tracks quantity and price as you shop, with a running total.
How do restock reminders work?
Turn on Restock reminder in Settings and choose how many days ahead you want to be notified. Items running low show up in the Alerts tab and can be added back to your list with one tap.
Can I customize categories and shelf order?
Yes. Go to Settings → Product categories or Aisle order to add, rename, or reorder them to match how your kitchen or pantry is actually laid out. Your shopping list and inventory both group items the same way.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings → Backup & export to save your shopping list, inventory, categories, and settings to a spreadsheet file. Use Import & restore to load a previously exported file.
What does Pro include?
Pro removes the banner ads and includes voice input, price tag and receipt scanning, price history for each item (with the lowest and highest prices), spending history for every trip, and backup, export and restore. Ad-Free removes the banner ads only. Open Settings → See Pro features to see the plans and the price in your currency.
How do I subscribe, cancel or restore a subscription?
Subscribe from Settings → See Pro features. To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Shopping List + Inventory, and tap Cancel Subscription; your features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. On a new phone or after reinstalling, open the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases.
How do I use voice input? (Pro)
Tap the microphone next to the input box and say what you want to add, then pause for a moment. In Jot and Plan the text appears in the input box so you can check it and tap +. In Budget, the name and price are filled into the expense form for you to confirm. The first time, allow microphone and speech recognition access. The app tries to recognize speech on your device; if your phone cannot, it shows a message and uses Apple's speech service instead.
How do I scan a price tag or a receipt? (Pro)
In Budget mode, tap the camera button, choose a price tag or a whole receipt, then take a photo or pick one from your library. The photo is read on your device and is not saved. If you have turned on smart receipt reading, receipt photos are read by Anthropic's Claude through our server instead, and are not kept. Please check the name and price before you save, because scanning can misread.
What is smart receipt reading? (Pro)
Pro can send a receipt photo to be read by Anthropic's Claude, which is usually more accurate than reading on the phone, for up to 25 receipts a month. The first time, the app asks before anything is sent, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings, under Privacy settings. If it cannot be used, the app reads the receipt on your device instead. See the Privacy Policy for how the photo is handled.
What is the line of suggestions above the input box?
As you type, the app shows names you added before, such as "Bought before: Milk". Tap one to fill it in, then tap + to add it. Nothing is added until you tap +. A suggestion marked "on list" is already on the page.
Why do I see ads, and how do I remove them?
The free version shows a banner ad. A Pro or Ad-Free subscription removes it. In some regions the app first asks for your consent, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy settings.
What does the app share, and can I turn it off?
Your lists and inventory stay on your device. The app sends anonymous usage statistics (which features are used, never item names or prices). You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy settings → Share anonymous usage data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Does it work offline?
Mostly. Your lists and inventory are stored on your device, so you can use them without a connection. Ads, usage statistics, checking your subscription, and speech recognition when your phone cannot do it on the device need an internet connection.

简单、计划、记账模式有什么区别？
简单模式是一个纯清单，勾选即可。计划模式可以为每件商品指定分类和货架/区域，并估算它能用多久，勾选后会直接进入库存。记账模式在购物过程中记录数量和价格，并自动汇总总价。
补货提醒是如何工作的？
在设置中打开补货提醒，并选择提前几天提醒。库存不足的商品会出现在「提醒」页面，一键即可重新加入购物清单。
可以自定义分类和货架顺序吗？
可以。进入设置 → 商品分类 或 货架顺序，添加、重命名或调整顺序，让它符合您厨房或储藏室的实际布局。购物清单和库存会按相同的方式分组。
如何备份我的数据？
进入设置 → 备份导出，即可将购物清单、库存、分类和设置导出为表格文件。使用「导入恢复」可以载入此前导出的文件。
Pro 包含什么？
Pro 去掉横幅广告，并包含语音输入、拍价签和拍小票、每个商品的历史价格（含最低价和最高价）、每次购物的消费历史，以及备份导出和导入恢复。去广告会员只去掉横幅广告。在设置 → 查看 Pro 功能 里可以看到各个方案和按您所在地区显示的价格。
怎么订阅、取消或恢复订阅？
在设置 → 查看 Pro 功能 里订阅。要取消，请打开 iPhone 的“设置”，点您的姓名，点“订阅”，选择 Shopping List + Inventory，再点“取消订阅”；取消后，已付费的这一期结束前功能仍可使用。换新手机或重装后，打开升级页面点“恢复购买”即可。
语音输入怎么用？（Pro）
点输入框旁的麦克风，说出要添加的内容，然后停顿一下。在简单和计划模式里，文字会出现在输入框，您检查后点“+”即可；在记账模式里，名称和价格会自动填进支出表单，由您确认。第一次使用时，请允许麦克风和语音识别权限。应用会先尝试在您的设备上识别；如果手机做不到，会显示提示，并改用 Apple 的语音识别服务。
怎么拍价签或小票？（Pro）
在记账模式里点相机按钮，选择拍价签或拍整张小票，再拍照或从相册选一张。照片在您的设备上识别，不会保存。如果您打开了智能识别，小票照片会改为经我们的服务器交给 Anthropic 的 Claude 读取，同样不保存。识别可能出错，保存前请检查名称和价格。
什么是智能识别小票？（Pro）
Pro 可以把小票照片发给 Anthropic 的 Claude 读取，通常比手机上识别更准确，每月最多 25 张。第一次使用前应用会先征得您的同意，之后可随时在“设置”的“隐私设置”里关闭。无法使用时，应用会改在您的设备上识别。照片如何处理见隐私政策。
输入框上方那一行提示是什么？
输入时，应用会显示您以前添加过的名称，例如“以前买过：牛奶”。点一下就会填进输入框，再点“+”才会添加，不点就什么都不会变。标着“已在清单”的，表示这一页上已经有了。
为什么会看到广告？怎么去掉？
免费版会显示横幅广告，订阅 Pro 或去广告会员后不再显示。在部分地区，应用会先征求您的同意，您可以随时在设置 → 隐私设置 里更改选择。
应用会分享什么？可以关闭吗？
您的清单和库存只保存在您的设备上。应用会发送匿名使用统计（哪些功能被使用，绝不包含商品名和价格）。您可以在设置 → 隐私设置 → 分享匿名使用数据 里关闭。详情见隐私政策。
需要联网使用吗？
基本不需要。您的清单和库存都存储在设备上，没有网络也能使用。广告、使用统计、核对订阅状态，以及手机无法本机识别时的语音识别，需要联网。
