Life Tips — Privacy Policy

Who we are
Life Tips is published by Nebula Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with information. The app does not require an account, and we do not run a server that receives your data.
Data stored on your device
The app stores the following only on your device. It is never sent to us: your emergency numbers, emergency contacts, and insurance policies (including expiry dates); your ICE card (blood type, allergies, medications, medical conditions, doctor's name and phone, and notes); your custom home sections, edited guides, your SOS message text, and your language setting. The ICE card is health-related information that you choose to enter. It stays on your device and is not shared with advertisers. You can edit or delete this data inside the app, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.
Backup
If you use Export Data, the app copies your data to the device clipboard as text. Where you paste it is up to you. Import Data reads text from the clipboard when you choose it.
Calls and messages
When you tap a phone number, the app opens your device's dialer. When you use SOS, the app opens your messaging app with a pre-filled message to your emergency contacts. You decide whether to send it. We do not make calls or send messages ourselves.
Location
If you use SOS, the app asks for permission to use your location while the app is in use. If you allow it, the app reads your current position once and adds a Google Maps link to the SOS message. The message goes through your own messaging app, and you can edit or cancel it before sending. We do not receive, store, or keep your location. If you decline, SOS still works without the link. You can change the permission in iOS Settings.
Notifications
The app can show reminders on your device before an insurance policy expires. These are local notifications created on your device. We do not send push notifications and do not receive any information about them.
Advertising (iOS only)
On iOS, the app shows a banner ad at the bottom of the home screen, provided by Google AdMob. We do not show ads on the emergency numbers, SOS, ICE card, or first aid steps screens. To show ads, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier or similar device identifiers, IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and app information, and ad interactions, as described in Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. In regions where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app shows Google's consent message before any ad is requested. You can change your choice later from the menu (Ad Privacy Settings), which appears where it is required. We do not request ads until consent is given where it is required.
Ad-free subscription (iOS only)
You can pay to remove ads with an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID; we do not receive or store your payment details. The app reads your active subscription from Apple on your device to know whether to show ads. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Network access
The app connects to the internet only to load ads (iOS) and to check your subscription with Apple. The information you enter in the app is not uploaded.
Third-party services
Google AdMob (advertising, iOS): https://policies.google.com/privacy. Apple App Store / StoreKit (subscription, iOS): https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. We do not use other analytics or crash-reporting services.

The guides and ICE card are general information to help you act quickly. They are not medical, legal, or insurance advice. In an emergency, call 911.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above.

仅保存在您设备上的数据
以下数据只保存在您的设备本地，不会发送给我们：您的紧急号码、紧急联系人和保单信息（含到期日期）；您的 ICE 急救信息卡（血型、过敏史、长期用药、病史、医生姓名和电话、备注）；您自定义的首页板块、编辑过的指南、求救短信内容和语言设置。ICE 急救信息卡是您自己填写的健康相关信息，只保存在您的设备上，不会提供给广告方。您可以在应用内修改或删除这些数据；卸载应用时，这些数据会一并删除。
备份
如果您使用“导出数据”，应用会把您的数据以文本形式复制到设备剪贴板，之后粘贴到哪里由您决定。您选择“导入数据”时，应用会读取剪贴板里的文本。
拨号和短信
当您点击电话号码时，应用会打开设备自带的拨号界面。使用 SOS 时，应用会打开系统短信应用，并向您的紧急联系人预填一条求救短信，是否发送由您决定。我们本身不拨打电话，也不发送消息。
位置
使用 SOS 时，应用会请求“使用期间”的位置权限。如果您允许，应用会读取一次您当前的位置，并在求救短信里加上一个 Google 地图链接。短信通过您自己的短信应用发送，发送前您可以修改或取消。我们不会接收、保存或留存您的位置。如果您拒绝，SOS 仍可使用，只是不带位置链接。您可以随时在 iOS“设置”里更改该权限。
通知
应用可以在保单到期前在您的设备上提醒您。这些是在设备本地创建的通知。我们不发送推送通知，也不会收到任何与此相关的信息。
广告（仅 iOS）
在 iOS 上，本应用在首页底部展示由 Google AdMob 提供的横幅广告。紧急号码、SOS、ICE 急救卡和急救步骤页面不展示广告。为展示广告，Google 及其合作伙伴可能收集并使用设备的广告标识符或类似设备标识符、IP 地址（可能反映大致位置）、设备和应用信息以及广告互动信息，详见 Google 的说明：https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
本应用不会请求跨其他公司的应用和网站追踪您的权限。在法律要求的地区（例如欧洲经济区、英国和瑞士），应用会在请求任何广告之前先展示 Google 的同意提示。您之后也可以在菜单的“广告隐私设置”里更改选择（该入口仅在需要的地区出现）。凡是需要同意的地区，未经同意我们不会请求广告。

网络访问
本应用仅在加载广告（iOS）和向 Apple 核对订阅状态时联网。您在应用里填写的信息不会被上传。
