These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps published by Nebula Technologies LLC ("Nebula Technologies," "we," "us") and this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Using the Services

No Account Required

Most of our apps don't require an account and store your data locally on your device, as described in each app's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own device and its data secure.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for additional features. Pricing and terms for these are shown at the time of purchase within the app, and all purchases are processed by Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies — we do not process payments directly.

Intellectual Property

The apps, this website, and their content (including logos, text, and design) are owned by Nebula Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebula Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Third-Party Services

Some apps may connect to third-party services (for example, to fetch currency exchange rates or provide optional AI features), as described in that app's Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of those third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any app or feature at any time. You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
