Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps published by Nebula Technologies LLC ("Nebula Technologies," "we," "us") and this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Using the Services

Our apps are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or use the apps for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with their normal operation.

Accounts and Your Data

Most of our apps don't require an account and store your data locally on your device, as described in each app's Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own device and its data secure.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions for additional features. Pricing and terms for these are shown at the time of purchase within the app, and all purchases are processed by Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's own terms and refund policies — we do not process payments directly.

TipBright subscriptions

TipBright offers three optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store: TipBright Pro Monthly, which renews every month; TipBright Pro Yearly, which renews every year; and TipBright Ad-Free Monthly, which renews every month. Pro includes Pro features and removes banner ads. Ad-Free removes banner ads and includes up to 10 saved bills and 3 receipt scans; it does not include the other Pro features. Apple shows the price, billing period, and features in your local currency before you confirm a purchase. You can hold only one TipBright subscription at a time.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Settings: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose TipBright, and select Cancel Subscription. Canceling turns off the next renewal. Your paid features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your TipBright account does not cancel your Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple Settings.

If you upgrade from Ad-Free to Pro, the change takes effect immediately and Apple applies any credit for the unused time under its own rules. Canceling alone does not automatically refund the current payment. Refunds are handled by Apple, and eligibility depends on Apple's decision and applicable consumer law. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Access to paid features depends on a valid App Store transaction and may end when a subscription expires or is refunded. We may change the features included in a plan. Price changes follow Apple's process and are shown to you by Apple before they take effect.

TipBright estimates and advertising

TipBright provides tools to estimate bills, taxes, tips, and per-person splits. You are responsible for checking amounts and local tax or tipping rules before payment. Nothing in the app is tax, accounting, or financial advice. The Free plan shows banner ads provided by Google; see the TipBright Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

TT Scoreboard subscription

TT Scoreboard offers one optional auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store: TT Scoreboard Ad-Free Monthly, which renews every month. It removes the banner ads shown in the app and does not include any other features. While you are not subscribed, the app shows banner ads provided by Google; see the TT Scoreboard Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled. Apple shows the price, billing period, and features in your local currency before you confirm a purchase.

Shopping List + Inventory subscriptions

Shopping List + Inventory offers three optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store: Pro Monthly, which renews every month; Pro Yearly, which renews every year; and Ad-Free Monthly, which renews every month. Pro removes the banner ads and includes voice input, price tag and receipt scanning, price history for each item, spending history, and backup, export and restore. Ad-Free removes the banner ads only and does not include the other Pro features. Apple shows the price, billing period, and features in your local currency before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

While you are not subscribed, the free version shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob, and the app sends anonymous usage statistics unless you turn them off in Settings; see the Shopping List + Inventory Privacy Policy for how this data is handled. Voice input, receipt and price tag scanning are conveniences and may not always read what you say or photograph correctly, so please check the amounts and names before you save them. Pro also offers optional smart receipt reading, which sends a receipt photo through our server to Anthropic's Claude to be read, only after you agree to it in the app. It is limited to 25 receipts per subscription each month (fewer for Apple test purchases), it can be changed or stopped, and, like on-device scanning, it may misread a receipt.

Unit Tools subscription

Unit Tools offers one optional auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store: Unit Tools Remove Ads Monthly, which renews every month. It removes the banner ad shown in the app and does not include any other features. While you are not subscribed, the app shows a banner ad provided by Google; see the Unit Tools Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled. UniAudio subscriptions

UniAudio is free to download and use. The free version shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob, and podcasts and internet radio are free to listen to. UniAudio also offers three optional auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store: Pro Monthly, which renews every month; Pro Yearly, which renews every year; and Remove Ads Monthly, which renews every month. Pro removes the banner ads and includes landscape and Driving Mode, online lyrics, Recently Played, crossfade, 2.5x and 3x playback speed, Wi-Fi Upload, creating and editing playlists, and Up Next for music. Remove Ads removes the banner ads only and does not include the other Pro features. Apple shows the price, billing period, and features in your local currency before you confirm a purchase.

Free users get a 7-day free trial of creating and editing playlists, with no payment details needed. The app times the trial itself and it is not an Apple subscription trial, so nothing is charged and nothing renews when it ends. After the trial your playlists and the songs in them stay and can still be played; editing them again needs Pro.

Podcasts, internet radio stations, and lyrics come from third parties. We do not control their content or availability, and a show, station, or lyric may be unavailable or change at any time. Your music and playlists stay on your device.

Intellectual Property

The apps, this website, and their content (including logos, text, and design) are owned by Nebula Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nebula Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Third-Party Services

Some apps may connect to third-party services (for example, to fetch currency exchange rates or provide optional AI features), as described in that app's Privacy Policy. We aren't responsible for the availability or content of those third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any app or feature at any time. You can stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
