How do I switch between unit categories?
Tap the category tags at the top of the screen (Length, Weight, Temperature, Currency, etc.) to switch between unit types.
How do I change the units I'm converting between?
Tap the unit label on either the input or result card to open the unit picker and select a different unit. You can also tap the swap button between the two cards to instantly reverse the conversion direction.
Why are the currency rates outdated?
Exchange rates are fetched live when you open the Currency category. Tap the refresh icon next to the rate timestamp to fetch the latest rates. The app requires an internet connection to update rates.
Can I enter negative numbers?
Yes. The keyboard includes a +/− key for entering negative values, which is useful for temperature conversions (e.g., −10 °C).
How do I switch between light and dark theme?
Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner to open Settings, where you can switch between the light (极简白) and dark (暗夜霓虹) themes, and change the language between Chinese and English.
Why does the app show ads?
On iOS, Unit Tools is free and shows one banner ad at the bottom of the Convert, Sizes and History screens. The Settings screen has no ad. The numbers you convert, your history and your favorites are never sent to the ad provider.
How do I remove the ads? (iPhone)
Open Settings, tap Remove Ads, then tap Subscribe. This is an auto-renewing monthly subscription charged by Apple, and the price is shown before you confirm. It removes the banner ad only and does not add other features.
I subscribed but still see ads, or I have a new phone.
Open Settings, tap Remove Ads, then tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account. Close and reopen the app if the ad is still showing.
How do I cancel the subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Unit Tools, and tap Cancel Subscription. Ads stay removed until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are decided by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In some regions, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the law requires us to ask for your consent before showing ads, so the app shows a consent message the first time it needs it. Where this applies, open Settings and tap Privacy settings to change your choice at any time. The option is not shown in regions where it is not required.
I saw an ad that looks inappropriate.

汇率会在您打开货币分类时自动获取。点击汇率时间旁边的刷新图标可以手动获取最新汇率。更新汇率需要网络连接。
可以输入负数吗？
可以。键盘上有 +/− 键，可以输入负数，在温度换算（例如 −10 °C）时非常实用。
如何切换明暗主题？
点击右上角的设置图标进入设置，可以在极简白和暗夜霓虹两个主题之间切换，也可以切换中英文语言。
为什么应用里有广告？
在 iOS 上，Unit Tools 免费使用，并在“换算”“尺码”“历史”页面底部展示一条横幅广告；“设置”页面没有广告。您换算的数值、历史和收藏不会被发送给广告服务商。
怎么去广告？（iPhone）
打开“设置”，点“去广告”，再点“订阅”。这是由 Apple 收费的自动续期月度订阅，确认前会显示价格。它只去除横幅广告，不包含其他功能。
我已订阅但还有广告，或者换了新手机。
打开“设置”，点“去广告”，再点“恢复购买”。请确认登录的是同一个 Apple 账户。如果广告仍在显示，请完全关闭应用后重新打开。
怎么取消订阅？
在 iPhone 上打开“设置”，点您的姓名，点“订阅”，选择 Unit Tools，点“取消订阅”。取消后，已付费的周期内广告仍保持去除。删除应用不会取消订阅。退款由 Apple 决定，可到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
如何更改广告相关的隐私选择？
在欧洲经济区和英国等地区，法律要求我们在展示广告前征求您的同意，所以应用会在需要时首次展示同意提示。在适用的地区，您可以随时打开“设置”，点“隐私设置”来更改选择；不需要同意的地区不会显示该选项。
