UniAudio — Privacy Policy

Data Collection
UniAudio has no account or sign-in, and we do not collect personal information ourselves. Your music, playlists, podcast subscriptions, playback positions, and settings are stored on your device only. The only data that leaves your device is described below (podcasts, lyrics, radio, subscriptions, and advertising).
Your Music and Files
Songs you add — through Import Music or Wi-Fi Upload — are copied into the app's storage on your device. They are never uploaded to any server.
Wi-Fi Upload (Pro)
Wi-Fi Upload runs a small server on your phone, on your local network only, protected by a pairing code shown on the phone. It runs only while the Wi-Fi Upload screen is open. Files go directly from your computer to your phone; nothing passes through our servers or the internet.
Podcasts
When you search for a podcast, the search term is sent to Apple's iTunes Search service. When you subscribe to a show or refresh it, the app requests that show's RSS feed, and fetches episode audio and cover art, directly from the servers that host the show. As with any web request, those servers can see your IP address. Your subscriptions, including any private feed addresses, stay on your device.
Online Lyrics (Pro)
For members, when a song has no lyrics file on the device, the app asks lrclib.net for lyrics, sending the song's artist, title, and duration (when known). Lyrics that are found are saved on your device. Nothing else about you or your files is sent.
Internet Radio
Station lists come from the community directory Radio Browser (radio-browser.info), and any search term you type is sent to it. Radio streams come directly from each station's own servers.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription (Pro or Remove Ads) is active. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your App Store purchase information. It does not receive your name or email address from us. Playlist Free Trial
Free users get a 7-day free trial of creating and editing playlists, with no payment details needed. The app times it itself: it saves the date your trial started in your device's secure storage (the iOS Keychain). That record stays on your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. Because the Keychain can survive deleting and reinstalling the app, the trial is normally given once per device.
Advertising
The free version shows a banner ad on the Music, Podcast, and Radio pages, provided by Google AdMob. Members (Pro) and subscribers to Remove Ads see no ads, and the ad service is not loaded for them. To show ads, Google's SDK may collect and use data such as your IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. UniAudio does not ask to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and does not show Apple's tracking prompt. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, and in some US states), a consent form from Google's User Messaging Platform appears before ads are loaded; if you do not consent, ads are limited as the law and Google's policies require. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings (shown where it applies). For details, see Google's policy at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Third-Party Services
Besides RevenueCat (subscriptions) and Google AdMob (ads in the free version), UniAudio does not use analytics or other advertising services.
Permissions
The app uses your local network (for Wi-Fi Upload), plays audio in the background, and reads files you choose. It also declares microphone, camera, photo library, and location permissions only because of components it includes; it does not record audio, use the camera, read your photos, or use your location.

您的音乐和文件
您通过“导入音乐”或 Wi-Fi 上传添加的歌曲，会被复制到设备上的 App 存储中，不会上传到任何服务器。
Wi-Fi 上传（会员）
Wi-Fi 上传会在您的手机上运行一个小型服务，仅限本地网络，并受手机上显示的配对码保护。它只在 Wi-Fi 上传页面打开期间运行。文件从电脑直接传到手机，不经过我们的服务器或互联网。
播客
搜索播客时，搜索词会发送到 Apple 的 iTunes 搜索服务。订阅或刷新节目时，App 会直接向托管该节目的服务器请求它的 RSS 源、节目音频和封面图片。与任何网络请求一样，这些服务器可以看到您的 IP 地址。您的订阅（包括私有订阅地址）只保存在设备上。
在线歌词（会员）
对会员而言，当歌曲在设备上没有歌词文件时，App 会向 lrclib.net 查询歌词，并发送歌曲的歌手、歌名和时长（已知时）。找到的歌词会保存在您的设备上。不会发送关于您或您文件的其他信息。
网络电台
电台列表来自社区目录 Radio Browser（radio-browser.info），您输入的搜索词会发送给它。电台音频直接来自各电台自己的服务器。
订阅
购买由 Apple 处理，我们看不到您的支付信息。我们使用 RevenueCat 检查您的订阅（会员或去广告）是否有效。RevenueCat 会收到匿名的 App 用户 ID 和您在 App Store 的购买信息，不会从我们这里收到您的姓名或邮箱。详见 RevenueCat 隐私政策：revenuecat.com/privacy。
播放列表免费试用
免费用户可以免费试用 7 天创建和编辑播放列表，无需填写任何付款信息。试用由 App 自己计时：它把试用开始的日期保存在您设备的安全存储（iOS 钥匙串）里。这条记录只留在您的设备上，不会发送给我们或任何其他方。由于钥匙串通常在删除并重装 App 后仍然保留，试用一般每台设备只给一次。
广告
免费版会在“音乐”“播客”“电台”页面显示横幅广告，由 Google AdMob 提供。会员（Pro）和订阅“去广告”的用户看不到广告，也不会加载广告服务。为展示广告，Google 的 SDK 可能收集和使用您的 IP 地址、设备和 App 信息以及您与广告的互动等数据。UniAudio 不会请求跨其他公司的 App 和网站追踪您，也不会显示 Apple 的追踪授权提示。按法律要求（例如在欧洲经济区、英国、瑞士和美国部分州），广告加载前会出现 Google 用户消息平台（UMP）提供的同意表；如您不同意，广告会按法律和 Google 政策的要求受到限制。您可随时在“设置 → 隐私设置”中更改选择（仅在适用的地区显示）。详见 Google 的说明：policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites。
第三方服务
除 RevenueCat（订阅）和 Google AdMob（免费版广告）外，UniAudio 不使用分析或其他广告服务。
权限
本应用使用本地网络（用于 Wi-Fi 上传）、在后台播放音频，并读取您选择的文件。应用还声明了麦克风、相机、相册和位置权限，仅因其包含的组件所需；它不会录音、使用相机、读取您的照片或使用您的位置。
