TT Scoreboard — Privacy Policy

Data Collection
TT Scoreboard does not require an account. Your match records and player names stay on your device. Unless you turn it off, the app sends anonymous usage statistics to TelemetryDeck, as described under "Usage statistics" below. The app also shows ads served by Google, which may collect information as described under "Advertising and consent" below.
Local Storage
The app stores the following data locally on your device only: your match records (player names, scores, match times and points per game), the match in progress so you can resume it, player names you save as templates and any name drafts, language preference (English or Chinese), the haptic feedback setting, whether anonymous usage statistics are turned on, copies of the product list, product pictures and reference content downloaded for the shop and info pages so they work offline, whether the gesture tutorial has been shown, and, if you subscribe to Ad-Free, the date your subscription is valid until. This data is never sent to us or to any server.
Exporting
If you choose to export or share a match, the app creates a spreadsheet file on your device and opens the system share sheet. Where the file goes is decided by you and the app you pick.
Network Access
TT Scoreboard connects to the internet only to load ads from Google, to present consent choices, to check your Ad-Free subscription with the App Store, to load the shop and info pages (our product list and reference content from our own server, gear.nebulatechapps.com, hosted on Cloudflare, and product pictures from MegaSpin's servers, cdn.megaspin.net) and, unless you turn it off, to send anonymous usage statistics to TelemetryDeck. Like any internet request, these requests are visible to the servers that receive them (for example your IP address and device type). Your match records and player names are never sent to any server.
Advertising and consent
TT Scoreboard uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show banner ads on the setup and match history screens. The SDK may collect an IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and ad configuration, Google may use this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve its services. TT Scoreboard uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent choices where required, and provides a Privacy Settings option in the app menu so you can change your choice at any time. Google processes information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Ad-Free subscription
TT Scoreboard offers an optional auto-renewing Ad-Free subscription that stops the app from requesting ads. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive your payment information or Apple Account details. The app checks your subscription status on your device through Apple's StoreKit, and stores only the date the subscription is valid until on your device. We do not run a server or create an account for this.
Usage statistics
To understand which features are used and to improve the app, TT Scoreboard sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. The events record actions such as opening the app, starting or finishing a match (with the match format, a duration range and the number of undos), resuming a match, opening match history, exporting, changing the language, opening the shop page and tapping a shop link (with its product category), and steps of the Ad-Free purchase (opening the offer, tapping subscribe, and the result). Each event also includes the app version, iOS version, device model, language and region settings, and an anonymous identifier. The identifier is derived on your device from an app-specific random ID and is hashed (scrambled one way) before it is sent, so it is not used to identify you or to follow you across other companies' apps and websites. We never send player names, scores, match contents or anything you type, and these statistics are not linked to your identity or used for advertising. TelemetryDeck processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy (telemetrydeck.com/privacy). You can turn this off at any time in the app menu with "Share Anonymous Usage Data"; when it is off, the app stops sending events.
Shopping links and affiliate relationships
The shop page and the info page show suggestions for table tennis equipment with links to online stores, currently Amazon and MegaSpin. These are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission, and the price you pay is the same. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Links are marked "Paid link" and open in your device's browser (or the Amazon app), where the store's own privacy policy applies. Purchases are made on the store's website, not inside this app. We do not receive your name or purchase details from the stores. The same kind of affiliate links also appear on the table tennis gear page of our website, nebulatechapps.com, where they are marked "Paid link" in the same way.
Other third-party services
Apart from TelemetryDeck (anonymous usage statistics, described above), this app does not use any other analytics or crash-reporting services. Shopping links and product pictures come from MegaSpin and Amazon (see "Shopping links and affiliate relationships"); our product list is hosted on Cloudflare. Children
TT Scoreboard is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to a general-audience content rating.
Your choices and rights
Your match records, saved names and settings are on your device, and you can delete them in the app (Match History, saved names) or by deleting the app. You can change your advertising consent at any time under Privacy Settings in the app menu where it is offered, you can turn off anonymous usage statistics at any time in the app menu with "Share Anonymous Usage Data", and you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Because we do not hold your data on a server, requests about data collected by Google for advertising should also be made through Google's own tools and privacy policy. If you have any other privacy question or request, contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Your data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. The app's connections to Google (ads), Apple (subscription) and TelemetryDeck (usage statistics) are made by those companies' software over encrypted connections, and its connections to our product list server and MegaSpin's picture server use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we keep what the app handles to a minimum.

购物链接和联盟关系

其他第三方服务

儿童
TT Scoreboard 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会有意收集他们的个人信息。广告内容限定在大众受众级别。
您的选择和权利
您的比赛记录、保存的名字和设置都在您的设备上，您可以在应用内删除（比赛记录、已保存的名字），或直接删除应用。在提供该选项的地区，您可以随时在应用菜单的“隐私设置”里更改广告同意，可以随时在应用菜单中关闭“分享匿名使用数据”；订阅可在 Apple 账户设置中管理或取消。由于我们没有在服务器上保存您的数据，涉及 Google 为投放广告而收集的数据的请求，也请通过 Google 自己的工具和隐私政策提出。如有其他隐私问题或请求，请联系我们，我们会在 30 天内回复。
安全
您的数据保存在您的设备上，由设备自身的安全机制保护。应用与 Google（广告）、Apple（订阅）和 TelemetryDeck（使用统计）之间的连接，由这些公司的软件通过加密连接完成；应用与我们的商品列表服务器和 MegaSpin 图片服务器之间的连接使用 HTTPS。没有任何存储或传输方式是绝对安全的，但我们将应用处理的信息控制在最少。
